I’ll bet most of you have had tenderloins from a deer. Well, a rabbit has tenderloins too. Most hunters generally don’t consider that, though.
Check out this method to prepare tenderloins from a rabbit. It will make for some great, tasty sandwiches. Maybe it’s no coincidence that a rabbit’s tenderloin is about the same size as a hot dog bun.
