As hunters, we often howl about the wildlife taken by wolves, coyotes, bears, and other predators. Yet one of the most prolific killers out there is the common house cat, which often just kills for fun.

Feral cats may eat what they kill, yet pet house cats often don’t. You may find a pile of young birds, rabbits, and other creatures by your front door, courtesy of your innocent little kitty cat.
