You still have some venison in the freezer from last fall, right?
Here is an amazingly simple, super-fast recipe for venison steaks with wild mushrooms and balsamic vinegar. I had to cook this one up myself for a taste, and it surely doesn’t disappoint. I had never heard of making a bullion paste rub for venison before… but I can guarantee I’ll use it again.

Ingredients:
Venison Steak
1 Beef Stock Cube
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Wild Mushrooms (or any of your favorite mushrooms)
Cracked Black Pepper (optional)
