The opportunities to hunt public land hogs are numerous in the south. Learn where to go to stalk these huge beasts.

Hogs have taken over the south. Locals want them gone before they cause any more damage.

Unless you own land in hog country, you can either hire a guide, seek permission on private ground, or hunt public ground. Fortunately, there’s a lot of public land available to hunt.

Start out with a boy pig and a girl pig, and pretty soon you have lots of baby swine running around everywhere. Feral hogs have reached epidemic proportions in the South, which has opened up a lot of new hunting opportunities on private and public land.
