Does Memorial Day weekend mark the beginning of your summer or is it the beginning of frog season? I have to admit, I always look forward to frog season.

Snapping turtle season also begins on the same day. I bet I’m not alone in my anticipation of this time of year. There’s something about a platter of frog legs that I can’t explain.
