A lot of different thing go into a successful deer hunt. Deer obviously have to be in the area, scouting has be done, and scent control has to be practiced. The list goes on and on.

In my opinion, one of the things that can either make or break a hunt is treestand placement.

Even if the area you’re hunting is loaded with deer, if your stand is not where it needs to be, you probably won’t even get a shot off.
